Unmasking the Faces of Domestic Violence
Join us for an unforgettable evening at the second annual Masquerade Ball in support of Safe Journey, a local domestic and dating violence support 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency. The event will feature delicious food, lively dancing, exciting games of chance, and a chance to purchase or design a mask in memory or in honor of someone you love. You will also get a chance to hear real local stories from survivors of domestic violence. On October 14th, put on your finest attire and join us for an evening of glamour and purpose.
Tickets are $30/person. This event supports Safe Journey’s efforts to Unmask the Faces of Domestic Violence.
About Safe Journey
Some people believe Safe Journey is just a shelter, but we are so much more. While we do offer shelter, if needed, our core services include a 24/7 emergency hotline, individual and group counseling for adults and children, assistance and transportation for court matters, safety planning, assistance with Protection From Abuse orders, school and community prevention programming, parenting and financial planning classes, and more.
