Our Mission
Domestic, dating and stalking violence is grounded in abuses of power and control and reinforced by the use of intimidation and coercion. The mission of Safe Journey, is to enhance empowerment, self-direction, safety and justice for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence, by providing free confidential support services and offering awareness and prevention education and information to the public.
Our Vision
Services are provided in an environment that promotes self-discovery, self-direction, change and growth and our vision is one which all women & children begin a new violence-free journey that leads them to a life of self-empowerment and self-efficacy with a ‘can-do’ attitude. “With our vision … We can change the world”.
